It was great to enjoy various kinds of seafood as well as barbecue such as beef and chicken. Live music and dinner at the patio were fantastic. I had an issue with my Groupon, and Atikur was absolutely helpful, he went above and beyond to sort out the issue rather than the rude staff at the beach bar who didn’t help at all, and my experience with the rest of the staff was absolutely great including lunch with Kyaw,Anisha, hem,sufyan, thank you so much for sorting out my problem and for being helpful and decent

Cool open air lounge and shisha bar. Nice music. Live DJ Tuesdays through Friday. Great place to chill in the evening. Very popular on weekends. Part of the Sheraton Hotel. Very good and attentive service. Excellent shisha service at a reasonable price (especially compared to other Hotels). Update Dec 17: Not so busy in December but same good service, very attentive, very friendly. Heated patio in the „cold“ period. Should you be staying at the Sofitel across the street (5 minute walk), you should really try this lounge! I Just upgraded to 5* at my recent visit in December.
We absolutely loved it here during our stay at The Sheraton. The staff are all very friendly and professional managed by their fantastic manager. Their standards do not drop when the manager is not there, which shows a great respect for him. Cocktails amazing!! We shall return.
